Data drive every program, but you need to know what it is and how to use it.

  1. Demographic: You can learn who your patients are via de-identified and aggregated data, providing information on consumers’ gender, age, location and more.
  2. Engagement: The level your patients are interacting with the program can be determined from the frequency, duration, content and depth of each user visit.
  3. Qualitative: Consumers respond to personalized survey questions, answering the questions you’ve asked.
  4. Rx-related: The Action Engine® provides verified prescription refill information, de-identified and aggregated, to help you understand consumer habits and compliance.

Our Insights Dashboard puts all of these data at your fingertips in rich chart format, with unique views, powerful filtering mechanisms and daily updates. You’ll also have access to regular reports to measure progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing you to make adjustments to the program as required.
