The global coronavirus pandemic has affected every single one of us in so many ways. During this unprecedented time, I wanted to let you know what HealthPrize is specifically doing to ensure the safety of our employees, continuity of our business and health of our community.
HealthPrize reacted proactively to ensure, first and foremost, the safety of our employees and their families. We shifted to a fully remote company on Friday, March 13, and at that time additionally suspended all travel and in-person meetings. We are well-equipped for this transition – many of our employees already work remotely – and we intend to remain fully remote as long as is necessary.
Now more than ever, the pharmaceutical industry must find ways to communicate daily with patients taking chronic disease medications. HealthPrize remains committed to our central mission to give chronic disease patients daily support through our HealthPrize programs. Our clients should see no disruption to their engagement and adherence initiatives as we remain steadfast and hyper-focused on providing exceptional, attentive management of these essential patient support programs.
In this time of adaptation, we want to meet you where you are and contribute to our community at the same time. For the months of March and April, HealthPrize will donate $100 for every remote meeting we conduct with our colleagues in pharma to a local charity that helps our most vulnerable senior citizens during this crisis.
